The Wise Mind Health Box consists of educational tools and a guidebook that students can use directly at home. Utilizing 8 types of educational tools and the guidebook across four activity areas?physical activities, leisure activities, family-friendly activities, and emotional activities?students can engage in customized activities at home to overcome depression caused by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
