Age20's Wins Brand and Star Product Awards on China's Tmall
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Age 20's, a lifestyle beauty company Akzon Industry (CEO Yoon-kyu Lee), won two awards including the '100 million RMB Brand Award' and the 'Star Product Award' in the international category of the Tmall Global TG1000 Partner Summit hosted by Tmall Global in China.
Age 20's received the '100 million RMB Brand Award' this year, following the Popular Product Award in 2018 and the 100 million RMB Brand Award in 2019, earning the honor for three consecutive years by receiving excellent evaluations based on various criteria such as sales and popularity.
Age 20's All New Essence Cover Pact was awarded the Star Product Award by ranking within the top 10 in the beauty category, receiving excellent evaluations in various criteria such as sales, growth rate, and product reviews among newly launched products within one year since April last year.
The representative product, Essence Cover Pact, is highly popular among Chinese consumers, called the 'Akzon Pact' for its unique formulation that contains essence, combining moisture and coverage.
The Essence Cover Pact recorded sales of 9.2 billion KRW in just one day during last year's Singles' Day and ranked first in sales within the Tmall beauty BB cream category, achieving the number one sales ranking for two consecutive years.
An Akzon Industry official said, “As Age 20's continues to receive steady love from Chinese consumers, we will continue to introduce excellent products through consistent product development.”
