Jeonbuk Province to Conduct Written Examination for Firefighter Recruitment in June

The detailed schedules for physical and interview exams have also been adjusted to align with the written exam date, and further information has been posted on the Jeonbuk Provincial Government and Jeonbuk Fire Headquarters websites.
The firefighter written exam is conducted simultaneously nationwide, with approximately 50,000 applicants, among whom 3,752 are from Jeollabuk-do, resulting in an average competition ratio of 12.22:1.

A Jeonbuk Province official stated, "As this is the first exam conducted after the firefighter status was converted to a national position, we will establish thorough quarantine measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safe participation of examinees, doing our utmost to prevent infection." He added, "We also ask examinees to pay close attention to their health by following personal hygiene rules to facilitate smooth exam proceedings."
