[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Rich&Co, a corporate insurance agency (GA), announced on the 23rd that it will launch a manager profile service for its insurance shop Good Rich Lounge.
By using the manager profile service, customers can view information about the manager who will conduct the consultation before visiting Good Rich Lounge.
The service is provided via KakaoTalk to customers who have made a visit reservation, allowing them to check the basic information, career, and qualifications of the manager they will consult with.
Customers can check the manager’s photo, related qualifications such as fund investment solicitation agent and life insurance planner certificates, and activity history.
Non-face-to-face consultations are also possible. By clicking the contact button on the profile viewing screen, customers can immediately call the manager. They can consult about any questions before the visit or adjust the visit schedule.
