Kim Kyung-soo, Governor of Gyeongsangnam-do, emphasized, "The world before and after COVID-19 will be completely different," adding, "We must predict and analyze changes in new ways of life and proactively prepare so that residents do not experience inconvenience."
He continued, "Crises always come with opportunities, and we must use the COVID-19 crisis as a chance to transform the constitution of the Republic of Korea," and said, "Since we have gathered experts from various fields, I hope that through the working group, practical discussions will take place not only on the economy and industry but also on overall social changes and proactive administrative responses."
