The Meteorological Administration stated, "As the area falls under the influence of the high-pressure system, the atmosphere will become drier. Until the night of the 22nd, the average wind speed will be 8 to 14 meters per second, with maximum gusts exceeding 20 meters per second, blowing very strongly. Therefore, special caution is required for the management of facilities such as tents set up outdoors like screening clinics, signboards, construction sites, steel towers, and marine bridges, as well as for safety accidents."
