A큐온 Capital Launches Home Mortgage Loans with 5% Interest Rates Exclusively for Self-Employed
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] A큐온 Capital has launched a low-interest mortgage loan product exclusively for self-employed individuals.
A큐온 Capital announced on the 20th that it will offer mortgage loans with an annual interest rate starting from 5% to self-employed individuals who are struggling due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The newly launched mortgage loan features a generous limit of up to 100% of the KB market price (minimum of 20 million KRW) with an interest rate starting at 5.4% per annum. Borrowers can choose one repayment method from equal principal and interest installments, equal principal installments, or lump-sum repayment at maturity.
For excellent business operators who have owned apartments in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul, and have been operating their business for over a year, the loan offers the lowest interest rate of 5.4% with a lump-sum repayment method to reduce the monthly repayment burden. All procedures from loan application to disbursement can be processed quickly, sometimes within one day.
The company explained that individual business owners can convert their current high-interest business loans to low-interest loans or secure additional funds at low interest rates.
The collateral includes apartments, including residential-commercial complex apartments, officetels, and large-scale villas listed on KB Real Estate, Real Estate Tech, and Real Estate Bank, where market prices are provided.
