Coupang Hosts 'Family Month Customer Story Submission Event'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Coupang announced on the 20th that it will hold the 'Family Month Customer Story Submission Event' until the 3rd of next month. This event allows customers to write their feelings to their family and submit them, and Coupang will send gifts on their behalf.
The submission method is simple. Search for 'Sayun Eungmo' in the Coupang search bar, write your story and desired prize on the customer story event page, and submit it. You can also scan the QR code on Coupang ads displayed on elevator screens in some metropolitan areas to be directly connected to the customer story event page.

Coupang will select a total of 115 stories and provide prizes worth a total of 10 million KRW, including smartphones and robot vacuum cleaners. The winners of the selected stories will be individually contacted on May 8th and announced through Coupang's Facebook and Instagram. Yoon Hye-young, Vice President of Coupang Retail, said, "We prepared this event so that people can express feelings to their family that they have not been able to convey until now."
