According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, on this day, which is the solar term Gogu, the sky will be mostly cloudy nationwide, and rain that starts in Jeju Island in the morning is expected to spread across the country from night.
The morning low temperature is expected to be 6 to 12 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature is expected to be 12 to 20 degrees Celsius.
The morning low temperatures by region are predicted as follows: Seoul 11°C, Incheon 11°C, Chuncheon 7°C, Gangneung 8°C, Daejeon 9°C, Daegu 9°C, Busan 11°C, Jeonju 10°C, Gwangju 11°C, and Jeju 12°C.
The daytime high temperatures by region are observed as follows: Seoul 19°C, Incheon 18°C, Chuncheon 18°C, Gangneung 14°C, Daejeon 17°C, Daegu 16°C, Busan 14°C, Jeonju 17°C, Gwangju 16°C, and Jeju 17°C.
Fine dust concentration will be 'Good to Moderate' across all regions, but the Seoul metropolitan area will experience temporarily 'Bad' levels in the morning.
Sea waves are expected to be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore. The West Sea offshore waves will reach up to 2.5 meters, and the South Sea and East Sea offshore waves will reach up to 4.0 meters.
