GS Shop, 9-Hour Rental Special Broadcast Featuring 'La Cloud Furniture and Massage Chairs'
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] GS Shop announced on the 17th that it will hold a special broadcast titled ‘Fantastic April, Rental Show Together’ on the 19th, introducing popular rental products over a 9-hour period.
This special broadcast will be conducted in a way that communicates with customers via video calls, in line with the untact (non-face-to-face) era. Since it is difficult to see and purchase products directly at offline stores, GS Shop has strengthened communication with customers through home shopping broadcasts. In addition, the ‘Real-time Live Talk’ feature on the mobile GS Shop app will be connected to introduce customer opinions posted in the chat during the live broadcast and to resolve customer inquiries in real time.
The rental products introduced through the broadcast include a total of seven items: ‘Lotte Rent-a-Car,’ ‘Samsung Package Rental,’ ‘La Cloud Furniture,’ ‘Wellix Food Waste Processor,’ ‘iRunner Treadmill,’ ‘Bodyfriend Massage Chair,’ and ‘W Water Purifier Rental.’ The rental products will be introduced over 9 hours in a total of 7 programs at 10 a.m., 3 p.m., 6:20 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
As it is a special broadcast, various prizes have also been prepared. Customers who make consultation reservations during the special broadcast will be selected in real time by lottery, and a total of 24 people will receive cash prizes totaling 36 million won. In addition, six customers who make consultation reservations during the special broadcast will be given a ‘Samsung Notebook 7 (Premium Pack)’ through a subsequent lottery.
