The campaign began in February at the suggestion of Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon. Chairman An Geon-jun joined the campaign upon the recommendation of Chairman Jeong Jae-song of the KOSDAQ Association and recommended CEO Choi Seong-jin of the Korea Startup Forum as the next participant.
