Tmon Provides Over 30,000 Ice Packs Free of Charge for Small and Medium-Sized Merchants
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] TMON (CEO Lee Jinwon) announced on the 14th that it will provide ice packs free of charge in collaboration with Thermolab Korea (CEO Na Jungkyun), an eco-friendly cold chain packaging specialist, to help small and medium-sized merchants struggling due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Ice packs are difficult to recycle and are discarded after a single use, resulting in recurring purchase costs, which inevitably impose a significant financial burden on small business owners. Accordingly, TMON and its partner Thermolab Korea have stepped up to support ice packs for small and medium-sized merchants who have been increasingly struggling due to COVID-19.

The total quantity of ice packs to be delivered is approximately 33,000 units. These will be distributed mainly to small and medium-sized merchants in the food sector, where demand for ice packs is particularly high. Lee Jinwon, CEO of TMON, said, "We hope this helps small business owners who are going through difficult times due to increased economic burdens caused by COVID-19," adding, "We hope that small enterprises affected by the prolonged situation can return to normal as soon as possible."
