GS25 Launches Carnation Order and Delivery Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] GS25 announced on the 14th of this month that it has started a service that delivers carnations to desired locations in collaboration with the flower brand 'Kkukka' and the flower delivery specialist 'Flower365'.
GS25 explained that, in response to customers finding it difficult to deliver carnations in person due to social distancing and the spread of untact (contactless) consumption culture, it changed the existing carnation sales method, which focused on offline stores, to online and offline order sales and individual delivery methods.
The carnations released as order and delivery products by GS25 include a total of four types: two types in collaboration with Kkukka ? ▲Carnation Bouquet ▲Red Bouquet ? and two types in collaboration with Flower365 ? ▲Carnation Basket ▲Premium Basket.
The Carnation Bouquet and Red Bouquet are GS25 exclusive products specially planned by Kkukka's professional florists. They are characterized by a luxurious arrangement with carnations and roses sensibly enhanced with various accessories.
GS25 packages the products by wrapping the flower roots with floral foam containing flower nutrients and water, and using specially designed flower delivery boxes to maintain the freshness and original appearance of the flowers even during courier delivery. Both products also come with a thank-you card prepared by GS25. The prices are 14,900 KRW and 39,900 KRW respectively.
The Carnation Basket is directly made by Plus365 and shipped by courier, while the Premium Basket is made directly at Flower365's affiliated flower shops located at the customer's receiving address and then delivered to the customer. The prices are 50,000 KRW and 80,000 KRW respectively.
Customers who wish to order carnations can do so through GS25's exclusive application 'Namanui Naengjanggo' until the 24th of this month or visit GS25 stores directly to place orders until the end of this month. Ordered products will be delivered free of charge sequentially from May 6th to 8th.
