[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] LF (CEO Kyusik Oh), a lifestyle culture company, has launched a unique collaboration between its flagship brand HEJIZ and the fashion sock brand I HATE MONDAY, releasing related products through the online fashion store MUSINSA on the 13th.
Notably, this collaboration centers on HEJIZ's online-exclusive line ‘PHIZ,’ which showcases witty casual wear using characters, reflecting an unconventional youthful sensibility in the products. HEJIZ plans to add fresh vitality to the brand celebrating its 20th anniversary through collaborations that expand the realm of fashion while actively communicating with the millennial consumer base.
I HATE MONDAY, as its name suggests, is a domestic fashion sock brand born in 2011 under the motto “Let’s create something special to make everyone’s hated Monday feel better.” It offers fun designs, comfortable wear, and durable fashion socks, and has built a strong fan base mainly among the 20s and 30s generation through innovative marketing ideas such as sock vending machines.
The collaboration products feature the playful characters from the HEJIZ PHIZ line dressed in I HATE MONDAY’s unique patterns and vibrant colors. The collection includes seven lifestyle items such as T-shirts with vivid color combinations adding a popping sensibility, socks with stylish stripe and dot patterns, and hats expressing individuality through logo printing.
Meanwhile, to commemorate the launch of the collaboration products between HEJIZ PHIZ and I HATE MONDAY, MUSINSA is offering a 15% discount promotion on these products until the 26th. Additionally, until the 19th, the PHIZ line’s official social network service (SNS) account (@official.phiz) is holding a regram event, where participating customers will be entered into a draw to receive paper air fresheners as gifts.
