Shinhan Life Insurance Supports 100 Computers for Online Classes for Underprivileged Children

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Life Insurance announced on the 13th that it donated 100 computers to support lectures for underprivileged children in preparation for online classes due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The PCs being donated this time are computers owned by Shinhan Life Insurance for office use and are capable of supporting online lectures. In addition, 200 animal-shaped hygiene soaps made by employee volunteers and books donated by employees for the children will be delivered to the Korea Child and Youth Group Home Association, a non-profit organization.
A Shinhan Life Insurance official said, "As the company has grown thanks to the love and interest received from customers, we have gathered our sincerity to support the local community in difficult situations," and added, "We will continue to provide ongoing support to cheer for the bright future of the children."
