Welcome Savings Bank, Recruiting Online and Offline Customer Panels
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Welcome Savings Bank announced on the 10th that it is recruiting customer panels for this year's Welcome On(on) program.
Started in 2017 and now in its fourth year, the customer panel system aims to incorporate diverse consumer ideas and opinions into Welcome Savings Bank's management activities to provide better financial services.
Through the operation of customer panels over the past three sessions, initiatives such as the 'establishment of a counseling window exclusively for the elderly,' 'improvements in electronic financial usability,' and 'content ideas' have been reflected in management activities, playing a significant role in delivering customer-first financial services, the company said.
Unlike previous years, this savings bank plans to operate panels divided into offline and online groups this year.
Approximately 10 offline panel members will be recruited. The target applicants are customers highly interested in Welcome Savings Bank's financial products, services, and system improvements. An activity fee of 200,000 KRW will be provided, and additional fees will be given to outstanding panel members.
Up to 30 online panel members will be recruited. The target customers are those who can provide various ideas to enhance the convenience of electronic finance, such as through mobile applications (apps) and the website. Each topic will provide an activity fee of 30,000 KRW, and similarly, additional fees will be given to outstanding panel members.
Applications for the customer panel can be submitted via email.
