11st to Hire Interns Through Video Interviews
[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] 11st has started untact (non-face-to-face) recruitment.
11st, which recently began hiring interns, announced on the 7th that it has introduced untact methods throughout the entire recruitment process, from application submission to interviews. Practical and executive interviews conducted from this day forward will also be held non-face-to-face via a video system.
This 11st intern recruitment selects candidates across three fields (System Engineer, Data Analysis, Accounting), and after a three-month internship, candidates undergo a regular employee conversion review to work as full-time employees at 11st.
11st plans to apply untact methods to ongoing experienced hires until the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. All procedures, including application submission, aptitude tests, and interviews, will be conducted in a non-face-to-face format.
