Gyeongnam Bank Dispatches Staff to Gyeongnam and Ulsan Credit Guarantee Foundations... COVID-19 Loan Support
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 6th that it has dispatched support personnel to the Regional Credit Guarantee Foundation, where loan applications related to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) have surged, causing a sharp increase in workload.
Among its employees, 33 staff members with a high understanding of the Regional Credit Guarantee Foundation's operations were selected and dispatched for support.
Ten were prioritized for placement at Gyeongnam Credit Guarantee Foundation, and discussions are underway to provide personnel support to Ulsan Credit Guarantee Foundation.
Additionally, a rapid support team of six, who will serve as mobile consultants, has been organized to be stationed at Gyeongnam Bank's Retail Finance Department. They assist small business owners by promptly supporting loan applications received through the bank's mobile banking application (app), including checking loan support eligibility, guiding necessary documents, and helping register appointments at branches.
