Samsung Electronics Begins Recruitment for New College Graduate Employees in the First Half of the Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Samsung Electronics is starting its recruitment of new college graduate employees for the first half of the year.
On the 6th, Samsung Electronics announced a recruitment notice online and stated that it will accept applications for the first half of the year until the 13th. After the application period, the offline test called the 'Samsung Job Aptitude Test' (GSAT) will be held next month.
The job aptitude test will be conducted in five domestic locations: Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Gwangju, and two overseas locations: New Jersey and Los Angeles (LA) in the United States.
Interviews are scheduled for May to June, and health checkups are planned for June to July.
Eligibility requires graduation or expected graduation before August, and the recruitment fields include Consumer Electronics (CE), IT & Mobile (IM), and Semiconductor & Display (DS) divisions.
Samsung Electronics' new employee recruitment was delayed by about a month due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
