Chungnam Signs Land Sale Contract for AI Data Center Site... Target Completion in 2022
[Asia Economy (Naepo) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Chungnam Province announced on the 6th that Solis IDC and LH Korea Land and Housing Corporation recently signed a land sale contract for an artificial intelligence (AI) data center site.
The data center is planned to be built on a university-industry cooperation site (14,130㎡) within the high-tech industrial complex in Naepo New Town, Hongseong-gun, Chungnam. The building will be constructed at a cost of 270 billion KRW, with one basement floor and five above-ground floors. Completion is scheduled for March 2022.
