Turkey COVID-19 Deaths Increase by 76... Total Deaths Surpass 500
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The number of deaths from the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Turkey has surpassed 500.
Fahrettin Koca, Turkey's Minister of Health, announced on April 4 (local time) via his Twitter account that "the number of COVID-19 deaths increased by 76, bringing the total death toll to 501."
Minister Koca also reported that the number of confirmed cases rose by 3,013 in one day, reaching a cumulative total of 23,934. The number of people tested for COVID-19 in a single day was recorded at 19,664.
