Goryeong-gun Supports Loan Interest for Small and Medium Enterprises Struggling Due to 'COVID-19'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Young-wook] Goryeong-gun, Gyeongbuk announced on the 2nd that it will support loan interest for small and medium-sized enterprises facing difficulties in securing funds due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The eligible businesses include manufacturing, construction, electrical work, trade, waste collection·transportation·disposal, automobile repair, transportation, and tourism accommodation facilities located in Goryeong-gun.
General companies will receive interest support at an annual rate of 2.8% on loans up to 300 million KRW, while companies owned by women, disabled persons, or those located in agricultural and industrial complexes will receive support on loans up to 500 million KRW. The total loan amount eligible for interest support is 7.7 billion KRW. Applications can be submitted to the Corporate Economy Division of the county office from the 6th to the 10th.
