[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Jeong-min] Yoon Jae-kwan, Deputy Spokesperson of the Blue House, stated on the 2nd, "In addition to official calls, six foreign leaders have sent letters to President Moon Jae-in over the past month."
Deputy Spokesperson Yoon said, "Aung San Suu Kyi, State Counsellor of Myanmar; Bounnhang Vorachith, President of Laos; Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan; Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei; Macky Sall, President of Senegal; and Alassane Ouattara, President of C?te d'Ivoire."
Deputy Spokesperson Yoon explained, "The letters contained messages expressing that our country is becoming a model in responding to health crises, hoping to share expertise in epidemic prevention and control, and expressing confidence that our people will overcome epidemics and hardships under President Moon's leadership."
