Gyeonggi Institute of Economy and Science Receives National Funding for Labor-Management Partnership Program
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency has been selected for the '2020 Labor-Management Partnership Program Support Project.' The Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency was also selected as an excellent institution for participating in the Labor-Management Partnership Program in 2018.
The Labor-Management Partnership Program Support Project is a project that provides partial national funding for the costs incurred in labor-management partnership programs jointly conducted by labor and management. It is organized by the Labor Foundation.
The Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency explained that after launching as an integrated institution in 2017, it participated in this contest to build a labor-management relationship of coexistence and cooperation and to create a harmonious organizational culture following the recent conversion of non-regular and public service employees to regular positions.
The Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency plans to operate various labor-management win-win cooperation programs, including ▲ joint labor-management employee mental health promotion programs ▲ conflict resolution programs within the organization ▲ social responsibility practice campaigns.

Kim Ki-jun, head of the Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency, emphasized, "Through this project, we will strive to improve the quality of labor-management programs and create a happy workplace culture for labor and management," adding, "We will become Gyeonggi-do's top institution leading labor-management relations with a healthy organizational culture where communication and harmony coexist."
