KT&G 'Lil Hybrid 2.0' Expands Sales Area to Major Cities Nationwide
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] KT&G announced on the 2nd that it will expand the sales areas of its heated tobacco product, 'Lil Hybrid 2.0,' to major cities nationwide.
The additional sales locations include 11,172 convenience stores (GS25, CU, 7-Eleven) in 14 areas of Gyeonggi Province and 15 provincial cities. Starting from the 6th, Lil Hybrid 2.0 will be available for purchase at 26,170 convenience stores in Seoul, six metropolitan cities, Sejong Special Self-Governing City, and 29 major cities nationwide.
Launched in February, Lil Hybrid 2.0 is a product with significantly improved user convenience. It is the first heated tobacco product to feature the 'Smart On' function, which automatically preheats when the stick is inserted. Additionally, it is equipped with a front OLED display that provides real-time information to users such as battery and cartridge levels and puff count. Lil Hybrid 2.0 enhances convenience from the user's perspective while maintaining the rich vapor volume and reduced burnt taste that made 'Lil Hybrid 1.0' popular, earning enthusiastic responses from consumers.
The recommended retail price of Lil Hybrid 2.0 is 110,000 KRW, but customers can purchase it for 88,000 KRW by obtaining a 'Lil Hybrid 2.0 Launch Commemorative Discount Coupon' on the official Lil website.
