The signing ceremony was held via video conference on the previous day at Station3's office and LH headquarters' video conference room to participate in the campaign to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and practice social distancing.
At the video event, Han Yusun, CEO of Station3, and Seo Changwon, Head of LH's Housing Welfare Division, attended. Both parties agreed on the need to provide extensive housing information for housing demanders and decided to cooperate mutually to utilize housing data and develop housing welfare services necessary for the 2030 generation.
Through this agreement, both parties will mutually share the public and private listing information they hold and provide it to the real estate application Dabang and the housing welfare portal My Home Portal.
In particular, by showing one-room and two-room rental and lease information as well as public rental and sale information, which are in high demand among young people, through private real estate apps and public housing welfare portals, it is expected to broaden the housing choices for university students, youth, and newlyweds.
Both parties plan not only to share listing information but also to discuss future ways to utilize housing data and mutually cooperate to develop various housing welfare services centered on demanders.
Han Yusun, CEO of Station3, said, "By combining Dabang's private housing data with LH's public housing data, we have greatly expanded the range of information we can provide to users," adding, "We will continue to strive to lead the advancement of the domestic real estate market by providing extensive real estate information."
