Yangcheon District Mayor Kim Su-young Leads 'Love Mask Donation Campaign'
Voluntary Donations of Public Masks (KF-94 Grade), Hand Sanitizers, and Wet Wipes Until the 5th
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yangcheon-gu (Mayor Kim Soo-young) announced that it is conducting a mask donation campaign to donate masks of love to Seonam Hospital (an infectious disease dedicated hospital), which is struggling on the front lines to overcome COVID-19.
This campaign was started to spread civic awareness to yield and consider masks to medical staff who urgently need masks amid the prolonged COVID-19 situation, where the supply of public masks cannot meet the demand.
Donation boxes are installed in the lobby of the district office and each community service center, and donations are voluntarily made by employees and residents until the 5th. If you want to practice a small act of sharing, you can put items into the donation box. Many people are participating despite the mask shortage with the spirit of overcoming COVID-19 together.
After the 5th, the collected items such as KF94 masks, hand sanitizers, and wet wipes in the donation boxes will be delivered to Seonam Hospital, a local emergency medical institution, through the Yangcheon Love Welfare Foundation.
