Chosun University Staff Launch Fundraising Campaign to Overcome COVID-19 Crisis
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Chosun University staff are launching a 'member fundraising' campaign to support the local community facing economic difficulties due to COVID-19.
According to Chosun University on the 1st, this fundraising campaign, led by the Staff Labor Union (Chairman Yang Goseung), was initiated as part of community contribution activities to fulfill its responsibility as a key educational institution in the region.
To this end, a fundraising account has been opened, and promotional activities for the fundraising campaign have been carried out within the university.
The fundraising period is until the 10th. Chosun University members who wish to participate can transfer funds to the established fundraising account, and donation receipts can be processed through the donation office.
The donated funds will be delivered to individuals and welfare facilities suffering in the Gwangju area due to COVID-19 through the donation office.
