Gwangju Buk-gu Launches Full-Scale 'Customized Comprehensive Consulting for Small Business Owners' Project
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Moon In) announced on the 31st that starting next month, it will actively promote the 'Customized Comprehensive Consulting for Small Business Owners' project in collaboration with the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency to stabilize the management of small business owners struggling due to COVID-19.
This 'Customized Comprehensive Consulting for Small Business Owners' project will recruit a total of 100 small business owners for support, and about 10 specialized consultants in various fields will visit the business sites directly to provide one-on-one customized consulting.
The consulting covers nine areas: ▲commercial district and location analysis ▲business feasibility analysis ▲management diagnosis ▲promotion and marketing ▲store operation ▲franchise ▲customer service ▲tax and accounting ▲interior and exterior design.
In particular, this year's consulting will focus on listening to the damage status and management difficulties caused by COVID-19 on-site and aim to normalize small business management through feedback via follow-up consulting.
Additionally, all small business owners participating in the consulting project will be supported with promotional materials worth about 200,000 KRW, such as printed promotional materials, banners, indoor banners, or hand sanitizer production.
