KOLMAR Korea Unveils 4 Cosmetics That Do Not Transfer onto Masks
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Korea Kolmar, a global cosmetics and pharmaceutical ODM (Original Design Manufacturer), recently announced the launch of four makeup products designed to address women's makeup concerns caused by mask-wearing.
The four newly introduced makeup items by Korea Kolmar?cushion, tone-up sunscreen, compact, and powder coating lip?were developed with a focus on preventing makeup from smudging onto masks and makeup breakdown during mask use.
First, they solved the issue of makeup breakdown by using a coating powder with strong oil and moisture repellent properties. The coating powder prevents oil and moisture generated during mask-wearing from penetrating the makeup, thereby stopping cosmetics from transferring onto the mask or makeup from breaking down.
Additionally, a strong film-forming agent was applied to further prevent makeup from breaking down due to external stimuli. The film-forming agent creates a thin layer on the skin to help cosmetics adhere well and protect makeup from external irritation or friction for an extended period.
Moreover, the thin film allows the cosmetics to adhere closely to the skin without caking, enabling a clear makeup finish. Because of this, even when wearing a mask, makeup can be maintained for a long time without smudging or transferring onto the mask.
