View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Kim Won-i, the Democratic Party of Korea candidate for Mokpo City National Assembly, announced on the 21st that he received the nomination certificate for the 21st National Assembly general election from the Democratic Party Central Committee on the 20th and had a meeting with Co-Chairman of the Joint Election Countermeasures Committee Lee Nak-yeon.
After receiving the nomination certificate, Candidate Kim said, "The Democratic Party candidate nomination certificate is both an order and a responsibility given to me by party members and citizens who overwhelmingly supported me in the party primary," and expressed his ambition, saying, "I will win by an overwhelming margin in the 21st general election and complete the 'New Mokpo' and 'Democratic Party victory.'"
He added, "Mokpo is now experiencing a new wave of change. There is a strong desire for new figures who have the value and capability to realize a new Mokpo, breaking free from a long stagnation," and said, "I will become a ruling party National Assembly member who can secure full budget support and will definitely create a new Mokpo together with the citizens of Mokpo."
