At around 12:55 a.m. that day, A allegedly grabbed and pushed the collar of designated driver B (43) in a parking lot in Pungam-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
According to the police investigation, A asked B why he was not wearing a mask, and when B did not respond, A committed the assault.
