View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Hyun-joo] Seoul Library announced on the 8th that it is providing a total of about 30,000 digital contents, including English original books and other domestic and international e-books, as well as audiobooks read by professional voice actors, free of charge 24 hours a day through its website and app in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
There are a total of about 11,000 domestic and international e-books available to anyone who has obtained a Seoul Library membership card. Up to 5 integrated e-books and up to 3 subscription-type e-books can be borrowed. Each can be used for 15 days.
There are currently about 150 audiobooks, which are books listened to by ear. They can be listened to via streaming, which plays the audio in real time without requiring a separate playback program.

In addition, the original texts of about 20,000 materials such as white papers, yearbooks, and municipal research reports published by the Seoul Metropolitan Government can also be viewed. These materials can be accessed online by anyone without the need for membership registration.
