According to Daegu Medical Center on the 6th, more than 10,000 donation items had been sent from all over the country by the previous day to support the medical staff who are fighting a difficult battle against infectious diseases.
Donations come not only from institutions and organizations but also from anonymous citizens, with a variety of items. Some sent homemade gimbap and side dishes, and children sent thank-you letters written in crooked handwriting along with snacks.
In particular, even companies and self-employed individuals severely affected by COVID-19 have continuously donated snacks and supplies to encourage the medical staff despite the difficult circumstances.
