Delivery Hero, Internship Program Conducted for New Employee Recruitment
Document submission open until the 12th... Outstanding candidates to be hired as full-time new employees
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Delivery Hero Korea (CEO Kang Shin-bong), which operates domestic delivery applications Yogiyo, Baedaltong, and Foodfly, announced on the 6th that it will conduct a regular recruitment-linked internship called "Hero-ship" to discover and nurture new talent.
Hero-ship is the first all-field recruitment internship conducted by Delivery Hero Korea, where outstanding interns will be hired as full-time employees based on their internship performance evaluations. The recruitment fields include sales, marketing, service operations, data, and communications, and anyone who has graduated from a four-year university or is expected to graduate by August can apply. The application period is until midnight on the 12th, and the recruitment process includes document screening, first interview, job aptitude test, and second interview. Detailed information about the recruitment process and schedule can be found on the Delivery Hero Korea recruitment page.
The final successful candidates of this internship will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and skills through a 3 to 6-month internship. Subsequently, outstanding interns will be selected as new employees through practical skills evaluation and final interviews during the internship period.
Considering the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), Delivery Hero Korea plans to conduct video interviews to avoid large gatherings of applicants before the interview process. In addition, thorough prevention measures will be implemented, including pre-disinfection of interview locations, temperature checks of applicants, and provision of hand sanitizers.
