DB Group Provides Talent Development Center as COVID-19 Treatment Facility
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] DB Group announced on the 5th that it has decided to provide its Talent Development Center facilities to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and assist local governments in securing treatment facilities.
The DB Group Talent Development Center, located in Docheok-myeon, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, covers an area of 280,000㎡, with a building area of 15,000㎡. DB Group explained that the Talent Development Center can accommodate up to 330 people and is equipped with 120-person dormitory rooms.

DB Group stated, “We have decided to offer the Group Talent Development Center as a treatment facility to contribute in any way possible to overcoming the national crisis caused by COVID-19,” and added, “We are currently consulting with relevant authorities on specific utilization plans such as self-quarantine facilities or residential treatment centers for mild patients.”
