Agricultural Corporation Banseok Co., Ltd. is a large-scale grain distribution company operating grain distribution warehouses and rice processing plants in Cheongju, Chungbuk. They signed a business agreement and purchase contract with the county to purchase 1 billion KRW worth of agricultural products from Yeonggwang and to invest for the mutual development of farming households.
Governor Kim Jun-seong said, “Our mission and task is to sell excellent agricultural products more widely, produce safe products, and secure distribution channels to promote agricultural development and increase farmers' income. This year as well, we will make efforts to expand sales channels for various agricultural specialty products to alleviate the sales concerns of small and medium-sized farms even a little.”
