Government Complex Security Guard Recruitment Exam Postponed to May
Individual Notification Scheduled for Examinees Regarding Exam Schedule Changes
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] The Government Complex Management Headquarters of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 4th that the 'Government Complex Security Guard Open Competitive Recruitment Exam,' originally scheduled for the 21st to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), will be postponed to May.
This open recruitment is the first to be conducted since 2018, when special security guards were converted to security guards under the public sector non-regular to regular employment policy, with 2,059 applicants expected to compete for 188 positions.
The Government Complex Management Headquarters plans to hold the exam in May, considering the future trend of COVID-19 spread and conditions for securing a safe testing environment.
