Jeon Jun-gyeong, Former Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Commissioner, Appointed as Director of Yongin City Policy Research Institute
[Asia Economy (Yongin) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Jeon Jun-kyung, former member of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Regulatory Innovation Active Administration Committee, has been appointed as the director of the Yongin City Policy Research Institute.
On the 2nd, after receiving the appointment letter from Baek Gun-gi, mayor of Yongin, Director Jeon stated, "I will propose policy measures that have timeliness and feasibility related to Yongin City's current issues and support the manifestation of researchers' expertise."
Director Jeon graduated from Dankook University College of Law and earned a Ph.D. in law from the same university.

He has since served as a non-standing commissioner (vice-minister level) of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, floor planning director of the National Assembly negotiation group, deputy director of the Incheon Development Institute in Incheon City, special advisor to the State Affairs Planning Advisory Committee, and member of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Regulatory Innovation Active Administration Committee.
