[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Emart Cheonan Terminal Branch closed early around 3:30 PM on the 28th after an employee was confirmed to be infected with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Emart plans to close the store and conduct disinfection, and the reopening date is currently undecided.
An Emart official explained, "We are currently identifying which number confirmed case this is, and we closed the store immediately in the afternoon after receiving notification from the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention."
