Middle School Student in Seongju, Gyeongbuk Diagnosed with COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Won Dara] A middle school student (13) living in Seongju, Gyeongbuk, has tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
According to Ulsan health authorities on the 26th, the student came from their home in Seongju to their sister's house in Ulsan by their sister's car at 9 PM on the 23rd.
The next day, on the 24th, the student developed symptoms such as fever and runny nose and was tested at the Seoulsan Boram Hospital screening clinic, receiving a positive diagnosis on the 26th. Health authorities transferred the student back to Seongju and have not counted them as a confirmed case in Ulsan.
