Impact of COVID-19... Hanwha Replaces Forena Deokcheon Model House with VR
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Hanwha Construction announced on the 26th that it will replace the model house of ‘Forena Busan Deokcheon’ with a cyber model house to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (hereinafter COVID-19).
The cyber model house will be established on the Forena Busan Deokcheon sales website in early March to coincide with the sales period and will provide virtual reality (VR) footage for each unit type. In addition, detailed information such as location, complex layout, and special features will be sufficiently provided on the website to ensure no inconvenience even without face-to-face consultation.
The model house will not be operated until the announcement of the subscription winners to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will only be open to winners after the official announcement. To prevent infection during visits, a reservation visit system will be implemented within the document submission period and designated contract period to disperse the number of visitors to the model house.
Lee Jae-ho, head of sales at Hanwha Construction, said, “Since thousands of people gather daily when the model house opens, it could be vulnerable to COVID-19 infection, so we have decided to operate a cyber model house.” He added, “We will cooperate with Busan City to do our best to prevent virus transmission during the sales period.”
Meanwhile, Forena Busan Deokcheon is a reconstruction complex located at 357-12 Deokcheon-dong, Buk-gu, Busan (Deokcheon 2-1 district), and is the first Forena brand apartment that Hanwha Construction is selling in Busan.
