The two companies plan to release digital-only insurance products and platform-exclusive insurance products for Bomap partner businesses to develop new products.
They will also jointly plan promotions and marketing to share digital marketing capabilities and expand sales synergy, and discuss an 'Open Application Programming Interface (Open API)' business model and data strategy specialized for digital insurance.
