Lee Jeong-sik, the city’s Innovation Policy Officer, said, “We judged that there has been a lack of citizen opinion collection in city administration innovation so far, so we plan to form and operate the Gwangju Innovation Participation Group to share innovation with a broader range of citizens and receive task proposals. We ask for the participation of many citizens so that citizens’ opinions can be reflected in the overall innovation policy of Gwangju City.”
