Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy Releases Korea-Indonesia CEPA Agreement Text and Invites Public Comments
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] From the 10th to the 18th, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy will disclose the English and Korean draft versions of the Korea-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) on the Free Trade Agreement website (www.fta.go.kr) and collect public opinions.
This public opinion collection is conducted in accordance with the "Procedural Regulations for the Preparation of Korean Versions of Trade Agreements" to ensure transparency in trade agreement procedures and to enhance the reliability of the translation.

The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy will review the incorporation of public opinions together with related ministries and experts, finalize the Korean version, and then proceed with formal signing and request for National Assembly ratification in accordance with the "Act on the Conclusion and Implementation of Trade Treaties."
