Hanwha Construction Launches 'Forena Busan Deokcheon' Near Major Transit Hub in Early March

Forena Busan Deokcheon is a complex reconstructed in the area of 357-12, Deokcheon-dong, Buk-gu, Busan Metropolitan City (Deokcheon 2-1 district). It is the first Forena brand apartment to be sold by Hanwha Construction in Busan, consisting of 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 636 households and exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡. By exclusive area, there are ▲243 units of 59㎡ ▲263 units of 74㎡ ▲130 units of 84㎡. Hanwha plans to supply a total of 1,868 households (planned) from Deokcheon 2-1 district to district 3. A Hanwha Construction official said, "It will be introduced as a landmark brand town representing Buk-gu, Busan."
The biggest advantage of Forena Busan Deokcheon is its ultra-station area location. It is located adjacent to Sukdeung Station on Busan Subway Line 3, providing excellent public transportation conditions. In addition, it has a wide-area transportation network through Gupo Station on the Gyeongbu Line, Deokcheon IC on the Namhae Expressway, and Gimhae Airport.
There are also transportation improvement benefits. The deep underground urban expressway connecting Mandeok and Centum (scheduled to be completed in 2024) and the 3rd Mandeok Tunnel connecting Busanjin-gu (scheduled to be completed in 2020) are expected to significantly improve traffic conditions in the area by dispersing traffic demand once opened.
Another advantage is that the apartment is located on flat land, which is rare in Busan. In fact, all of the top complexes with the highest subscription competition rates in Busan last year (Centum KCC Switzen, Gaya Lotte Castle Gold Honor, Seomyeon Lotte Castle Eluce, etc.) were flat land apartments.
The surrounding living and educational infrastructure is also well established. Various convenience facilities such as NewCore Outlet, Mega Mart, Hanaro Mart, and Bumin Hospital are located within a 1km radius of the complex, and elementary, middle, and high schools such as Deokseong Elementary, Deokcheon Middle, Deokcheon Girls' Middle, and Nakdong High School are within walking distance.
There are many parks around the complex, including Sukdeung Park, Deoknae Park, Namsanjeong Park, and Nakdonggang Hwamyung Ecological Park, as well as Geumjeongsan and Baekyangsan mountains, providing a pleasant residential environment.
