View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Cheol-eung] Lee In-young, the floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, repeatedly criticized the 'Future Korea Party' as "a fake party."
On the 6th, at the Democratic Party policy coordination meeting, Lee said, "At the Future Korea Party's founding convention, Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the Liberty Korea Party, said it was a 'painful but necessary measure to save the country,'" adding, "It is not even a satellite party but just a fake party. Saying that creating a fake party will save the country is the most absurd and ridiculous statement that will go down in constitutional history."
He continued, "It is not the time for the leadership of the Korea Party to be distracted by creating fake parties. It is not the time to waste time on false address registrations."
"The place where politicians should stand now is the National Assembly, the frontline of protecting the safety of the people and the stage for full support of quarantine efforts," he emphasized.
Lee In-young said, "It is an obligation to urgently open the National Assembly," and criticized, "Even watching a fire from across the river is not done like this. The Park Geun-hye administration showed the same bad habits during national crises."

He added, "I hope the relevant standing committees can be convened immediately. Yesterday, the ruling and opposition parties barely agreed to hold the Health and Welfare Committee. We need to focus more on discussing quarantine support measures, especially in the Strategy and Finance Committee and the Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee."
