Gyeonggi Institute of Economy and Science Provides 'Policy Briefing' on Novel Coronavirus via YouTube
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency will provide policy-related briefing videos through its official YouTube channel.
This decision was made because the spread of the "Novel Coronavirus Infection" led to the consecutive cancellation of policy-related briefings, making it difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the province to obtain various information.
The Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency announced on the 6th that, due to the cancellation of the "2020 SME Support Project Briefings" scheduled by region in February and other SME support project briefings being canceled one after another, it decided to provide briefing videos through the official YouTube channel of the Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency (www.youtube.com) to make it easier for SMEs to access support project information.
The videos are categorized into ▲Funding and Financial Support ▲Market and Export Support ▲R&D Support ▲Startups and Re-challenge, allowing viewers to watch by specific fields.
Kim Ki-jun, Director of the Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency, said, "Although the support project briefings were inevitably canceled due to concerns about the spread of the Novel Coronavirus Infection, we hope that SME owners will not face any setbacks in business management by watching the briefing videos," adding, "This year as well, the Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency will do its best to prepare innovative support measures to promote corporate growth and economic activities."
