This project is a preventive welfare initiative aimed at alleviating the burden on low-income residents who are not medical benefit recipients under the National Basic Livelihood Security Act but have difficulty paying National Health Insurance premiums despite poor living conditions, and resolving issues such as losing medical benefits due to delinquency.

The selection of beneficiaries is based on premium imposition data notified by the National Health Insurance Corporation, and the final list of selected beneficiaries and premiums will be directly supported to the National Health Insurance Corporation.
