[Asia Economy Reporter Osangdo] The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 30th that it executed 328 trillion won in local finances last year, achieving an execution rate of 86.87%, the highest in the past five years.
According to the Ministry, this execution amount increased by 47.7 trillion won compared to 280.3 trillion won in 2018. It is the largest amount and the highest execution rate in the past five years. The execution rate in 2015 was 86.12%, ranking second.
The Ministry stated that this local finance execution helped supplement the sluggish private economy and supported a real GDP growth rate of 2.0%.
